Clément Homes is currently looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager at its Hawkesbury headquarters. We are a well established residential new-home construction company with development projects in several municipalities In Eastern Ontario including Rockland, Embrun, Cornwall and Russell.
This exciting opportunity requires an individual to work jointly with a team in the planning, viability, development and the execution of residential construction projects. You will review and analyze architectural plans and liaise with architects and engineers to analyze, plan, follow and deliver on various construction projects. You will collaborate with the Municipalities in obtaining building permits and will effectively collect quotes and negotiate with suppliers in order to obtain the best prices as per the allocated budgets. You will participate in the development of project schedules, and you will ensure that your deliverables are on time. You will take pride in the administration of your P.O.s and job codes and you will contribute by providing monthly analysis of the job sites related to your section of work.
